Locality Description:

Light gray, weathering to yellow, fine sands separated by less indurated gray silts. A few isolated Ginkgo adiantoides leaves were present in the sands. Desmiophyllum magnum leaves are locally abundant and a possible Podozamites leaf was seen. The sands are rooted and some roots belonged to Equisetites. On a few bedding planes an abundance of linear stems were seen to be current aligned, with alignement being in a NE-SW direction. These stems lacked the characteristic nodes of Equisetites. These are illustrated below.

Slightly upstream of this locality float containing abundant Ginkgo adiantoides, some very large, an intact Podozamites shoot and some Pityophyllum.
